In our previous round-up post we mentioned the story of Henry, a young man who suffered a cardiac arrest. Subsequently, Henry’s mum, Kate, wanted to get a defibrillator at their home, in case someone on the estate might need to use it in an emergency.
The began fundraising and we were able to top up their fund in order to fulfill their ambition and hopefully save lives in the future.
Training for the community on how to use the defibrillator was provided by Meon Valley Heart Start and was well attended at the nearby Emsworth Hotel.
